A Day at the Zoo

Summer Fun!

Alex helped himself to the apple juice, Emma fell asleep sitting up, and we camped in the backyard! Shawn and the kids had a blast in the slip n slide while I gardened (and took pics). Making memories!

Seattle Art Museum

Went to the SAM to do some research for my art history paper on Modern Art. The top pictures were my faves, untitled by a local guy Sam Gilliam, the suit of armour is made entirely of dog tags with soldiers names on them, and the Double Elvis is an Andy Warhol. Pretty cool. The kids had fun in the interactive room!

Twinkle Twinkle...

You'll want to go to the blog and check out Emma singing. I did not practice this with her. She was running around singing and dancing, and I started to record her. I won't spoil what she does, but it's hilarious! ") Busy with school, got on the honor role for last quarter, might not get there this time... darn Logic class kickin my butt. It's too much like math. Justin's almost done with baseball (he's on the Giants, kids pitch this year), and after a couple weeks break we'll be on to football. That's our fave! We're waiting for summer, but it's late this year, spring still looks like winter these days... hope everyone is well!
