Justin's Little League

Saturday was Justin's first official little league game. They beat the Tigers 16-15. Congrats to the Red Sox! Got some really neat pictures at the game. Also some pictures of the babies with their Grandma and Nana.

Snow and Pictures

Today when I woke up there was an inch of snow on the ground. Then it proceeded to snow even more. It finally stopped by mid-morning, and melted. The weather man said it will probably snow more tonight though. What other places in the world get snow this late? Maybe in the mid-west? Well, I got a ton of cute pics posted today... The babies all snuggled up, their first trip to Chuck E Cheese, and Alex standing. Hooray Alex! Today Emma ate Cheerios for the first time. She was able to grasp them with her first finger and thumb. Alex isn't quite there yet, but he sure loves his biter biscuits (they are like cookies). He is so clean when he eats them compared to Emma. By the time we're done, she is covered literally from her head to her toes in goo, and Alex has the slightest bit of food around his mouth, and sometimes on his hands. They are so different in so many ways.

Global Cooling?

OK, six days ago it was 78 degrees out. Today? It snowed. In fact, it's snowing right this minute! What's the world coming to?! Alex is now sitting up, but of course when he was doing it my camera died, and now that it's charged he's in bed. He also stood up holding on to the barrier between the living room and kitchen. My babies are getting so big!

The Babies Make a Friend

We had a few people that Shawn works with over for dinner on Sunday. We had a really nice time, and the babies got to make a new friend. His name is Matthew and he's just two weeks older than them. They are moving around so much now, I have to block them in the living room, or they get into everything. Emma's already figuring out how to escape though. It's too large a space to put a baby gate, so we just improvise!

Oh What a Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood!

Today was gorgeous! It was 78 degrees in Sammamish! Wasn't it just snowing two weeks ago?! Crazy weather... I can't wait to go camping this June. I had to miss last year's camping trip because I was on bed rest. Well, here are some pics of the fam enjoying the weather, and some of the view from my back porch. Oh and check out Alex's dance. It is so cute, and I have been trying to capture him doing it on video for about a week now. I finally succeeded!

Life is Good

As you can see, a lot has happened in the last couple of days. Alex sat up without help, and Emma has started pulling herself up into a standing position. Alex and his daddy worked out together. Justin fed Alex earlier today and it was so adorable... Alex tried macaroni and cheese, and hated it. Since Justin is on spring break this week he went to Grandma's tonight with his cousin Morgan, and now the babies are both asleep, and it's only 6:45! What am I going to do with myself?! Hang out with my hubby? Maybe. He has to get up at 4AM tomorrow, so I should probably get to it... Talk to ya later.
