Tastin N Racin (Hydro Grand Prix )

We went to the 16th annual Tastin N Racin at Lake Sammamish State Park. Justin's friend Nathan's dad (whew) is a Doctor and he volunteered at the event, so we got free tickets and passes to the Spectator Pits. We were sooo close to the hydroplanes in the water! It was so loud, the sound of the engines gave me goosebumps. :D

Mother's Day 2012

 I hope everyone had as nice of a day as I did. Went to brunch at Azteca. I was given a beautiful peony plant and a flat of flowers from my in-laws, (I was originally was going to use the word "got" here, however became confused, see link http://grammar.quickanddirtytips.com/is-got-proper-english.aspx). Also, received these lovelies from the kids... (reasonably sure I used this one wrong too, good thing I am NOT an English major! lol)

ACK! I just got my final grades! 4.0 GPA Baby!

Everyday life...

                                         My twins are best friends, they love to hang out together.

 Alex loves trains, he sets up pretty intricate track systems that take up the entire living room.

I am reading the Little House on the Prairie series to the twins. They actually sit through about a chapter a day! We are almost done with the first book.

Spring Madness...

Now that my first semester at Arizona State University is over, I will have three weeks to devote to my kids and updating the blog! Hopefully you all enjoy it as much as I do, I love sharing my life and my kids with you. :)

                         Justin... "Ahhh, it burns... I'm a vampire..." (It was barely 70 degrees). LOL!
